St. Susana Booster Athletic Ministry is seeking volunteers for open Coordinator and Board positions. This is a great way to volunteer within the
Parish and meet new people. Each of these positions plays an important role
in the overall success of the program. We have a dedicated group of volunteers

Boosters Facilities Director/Booster
The St. Susanna Athletic Booster
Ministry is also seeking a volunteer to fill the role of Boosters
Facilities Director. The facilities director is also a Booster Board
Position. Below are some of the general responsibilities of the position:
provide direct oversight for the
maintenance and repairs for Boosters facilities
coordinate with the Parish
maintenance and office staff to schedule vendors and general care of the
participate in the planning for
major booster facility projects
work with other Sports Coordinators
when requested to help with specific sports-related equipment and facility projects
manage relationships with key
vendors for Booster facilities
build and keep track of budgeting
for facilities expenditures
attend monthly booster meetings,

· For this position, it would be
helpful if you possess basic handyman/woman skills when minor
facilities issues arise, but it is not a requirement. This type of knowledge is
also beneficial in vendor/contractor management. The individual that volunteers
for this position can shadow our current Facilities Coordinator (Dana
Clendenin) for an extended period of time to help make introductions to the
Parish staff, key vendors, and to familiarize you with the duties of the
