The Booster Board is seeking volunteers for several coordinator positions. If you have questions or interest in any of the positions posted below, please contact us: boosterpresident@stsusanna.org.

PLEASE strongly consider volunteering! This is an all-volunteer-run organization and our continued success depends on the support of our community! It's a great way to meet new families while giving back to the ministry that supports our student-athletes! No amount of time is too small and jobs can be split between co-coordinators/friends to lighten the load.

Boosters has the following positions currently open: 

Coordinator Positions:

Indoor and Outdoor Concessions Coordinators – (2 Positions)

• work with Boosters Treasurer on budget and cash needs
• purchase snacks/food and drinks from vendors and maintain inventory
• schedule deliveries
• communicate with the individual team parents to ensure workers are assigned for each game and understand procedure
• check the concessions on a weekly basis for inventory, cleanliness, and stocking the shelves
• Attend monthly Booster meetings
• 3-year commitment

Varsity Girls Basketball Coordinator

• work with Athletic Director to seek and vet coaches
• manage player evaluations and team selections reserve and varsity level teams
• assist uniform coordinators with issuing uniforms
• oversee equipment inventory for basketball and other equipment
• conduct pre-season coaches meeting
• attend monthly booster meetings
• 3-year commitment
• opportunity to shadow current coordinator during the 2024/2025 season

Youth Girls Volleyball Coordinator

• work with Athletic Directors to seek and vet coaches
• manage player evaluations and team selections for youth level teams
• assist uniform coordinators with distributing uniforms
• conduct pre-season coaches meeting
• attend monthly boosters meetings
• 3-year commitment

Facilities Coordinator 

• provide direct oversight for maintenance and repairs for Boosters facilities
•  coordinate with the Parish maintenance and office staff to schedule vendors and general care of the Booster facilities
• participate in the planning for major booster facility projects
• work with other Sports Coordinators when requested to help with specific sports-related equipment and facility projects
• manage relationships with key vendors for Booster facilities
• build and keep track of budgeting for facilities expenditures
• attend monthly Booster Meetings
• 3-year commitment
